Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ColorCode Studio at colorcodestudio.pages.dev (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

ColorCode Studio lets you create printable color-by-code worksheets and answer keys as PDF files. The free plan is available without an account. ColorCode Studio Pro is a paid subscription that adds extra features.

2. Pro subscription and payment

Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt and license key. Pro renews automatically every billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change; any change applies from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance by email.

3. How you may use the worksheets

Worksheets you make may be printed and shared with your own students, children, classroom, homeschool group or tutoring clients, in print or in your learning platform. You may not sell or redistribute the worksheets, the pictures or the Service itself, for example as a product on a marketplace, and you may not share your license key with people outside your household or classroom.

4. Ownership

The pictures, design and software of the Service belong to ColorCode Studio. Your word lists and settings are yours.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, copy at scale or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass the license check.

6. No warranty

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Please check each worksheet before using it with students.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will post it here and, for Pro customers, tell you by email.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
