Privacy Policy

ColorCode Studio is built so that we collect as little personal data as possible.

What happens in your browser

Worksheets are created entirely in your browser. Your word lists, settings and PDFs are not sent to us. If you enter a Pro license key, it is stored in your browser's local storage so you stay unlocked on that device.

License checks

When you activate or use Pro, your license key and a random device identifier are sent to Lemon Squeezy's license service to confirm the key is valid.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order and taxes. We receive your name, email and order details from them so we can support you. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the PDF library from the cdnjs network, which means your browser connects to those services.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or complain to a data protection authority. Email katovski32@gmail.com.

Children

The Service is meant for teachers and parents. It does not collect data from children.
